By using this site to make your order, you are offering to buy the goods subject to these terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you in our online store.

Confirmation
After receiving your electronic order, our system will contact you via email confirming the price you will pay. All our prices displayed on the website include delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
To guarantee your satisfaction, all our products come with a 7 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund (minus delivery surcharge). Additionally, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 1 year unless otherwise stated.
When goods are returned using our 7 day no quibble guarantee we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging. However in the case of faulty goods, or goods which we have requested that you return to us, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus postage and packaging, and your reasonable costs incurred whilst returning the goods (during initial 7 day period).
When using the 7 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.
The guarantees provided by MRC are additional to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours if we have stock, but goods are subject to availability. International orders are not currently supported.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping and Handling
MRC we aim to get items to you within 7 days; but normally much quicker. On the rare but inevitable occasion that we cannot deliver within this time frame, we will notify you by e-mail, and give you the option of canceling the order if you prefer not to wait. However, if you have an urgent order, we can ship to you for small additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE: At the moment we can only ship to the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Payment
Normal Remittance Terms are payment with order using one of our accepted payment methods. Cheque payments will be subject to normal clearance delays prior to us shipping your order (normally no more than 5 working days, though occasionally longer).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & Visa Delta . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. N.B. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA E-MAIL, THIS IS NOT A SECURE METHOD FOR ONLINE PURCHASING!
Receipts
Your order will be dispatched to you complete with an Receipt.
Mistakes, complaints, and disputes
As a consumer, you have the benefit of our 7 day no-quibble guarantee. If you have made a mistake in your order, you are covered. If we have made a mistake in your order, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to ensure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
Faulty Goods
If the goods your ordered turn out to be faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 7 days and we will offer you a full refund. If faulty, we will provide you with your choice of refund or replacement as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days of agreeing to provide you with the refund. If however, the goods returned are found to be working we will return the item(s) to you and an administration fee of 10% will be charged to you to cover delivery charges.
Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments
Whilst we endeavor to ensure accuracy in all that we do, occasionally mistakes do happen. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days of agreeing to do so.
Complaints
We have many satisfied customers at MRC, and our complaint resolution system helps us to ensure that our customers are satisfied, even when things go wrong.
If you have a complaint, please contact us using the many facilities provided by this website. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate to see what went wrong so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and to avoid reoccurrence in the future. We undertake to:
