If the console won't boot up select this option
If the console is switching on but doesn't show an image then select this
If the screen has been physically damaged
If the console is working ok except no sound then select this
If the console switches on but won't read any games select this
If the console crashes during boot up then select this
If the console crashes during the middle of a game then select this
If the console has had water or another liquid spilt this will cover the cleaning and component replacement, if any major parts will need to be replaced we will requote you
If you are having problems with the top left (L) or Top Right (r) buttons
